Coolest Father's Day Present Since 1988!

Jake and I were talking about how funny it is when little kids make their parents gifts. Most parents love it right? Cheerios glued to a beautifully colored paper that sits on the fridge for months. Fruitloop and yarn necklaces that get "lost" so mom doesn't have to keep wearing it. So we thought it would be funny to make Doug a UPS truck out of Popsicle sticks. I think It turned out pretty well. Jake and I probably had more fun making it than Doug did getting it. :) The back also comes off and attaches with magnets. (don't worry the real present was in the truck) It was pretty fun to make and I'm pretty sure Doug got a kick out of it.
This was before Jake spray painted it brown.

Zoey Loves Aunt Karleigh!

I have proof Zoey loves me! haha She's such a cutie.

Gooseberries

Zoey loves to hang out in the hammock and eat gooseberries. On the 4th, Grandma and Grandpa Dobson came down for a BBQ. Grandpa has always had us try different things. One of which is dipping a gooseberry in baking soda. Since Zoey loves gooseberries so much we decided to have her try one Grandpa's way. Here is the result. :)

Pretty funny. :)

Thai Food

So I went to lunch today with a bunch of people from work. They decided that we should try Thai Food this time. Having never eaten Thai food before I tried it. I have to say, I was quite disappointed. I think the only thing I actually ate was the rice, loaded with soy sauce. Also I'm pretty sure I offended the timid server by asking for Soy Sauce and salt! :) All in all it was an entertaining lunch and I stopped at the gas station afterwords to get Oreos! YUM!

By the way, American Fork smells HORRIBLE!
