Jake and I had tons of fun on our road trip this last weekend. We got to spend time with family that we don't get to see very often. Got to lay out by the pool in Vegas! Even got a sunburn the first day we were there. One of my favorite parts was the niece and nephews. They kept us laughing for sure.
While showing us an anatomy book he checked out at the library...
Jake: jakey, what is this a picture of?
Little jake: uh-uh-uh a fetus!
Jake: ....and what is this?
Little jake: big intestine!
Jake: (trying to stump him, looking at a picture of all the organs in your trunk) what about this?
Little jake: stomach!
I can't believe he is only 4 and so in to anatomy.
In AZ Jake, Colby, Lincoln and I went on a hike that turned into rock climbing.

Thank you so much for posting about your trip.It sounds like so fun.Kids do bring a smile to my face!They are so smart!!these days.
