a deceased three day old baby.
a devastated woman watch her husband die.
a full code come into an ER with an EMT riding the gurney doing compressions, surrounded by a team of 13 adults waiting to help save a life.

how to do an arterial blood draw.
how to "BSI my scene is safe..." haha (Be an EMT-B)
enough to become a state certified CNA (aka restroom escort)
no matter how many tattoos you have, some people are still just afraid of blood draws.
that a BMP is included in a CMP

(in my opinion) Phlebotomists have the most disliked profession out there. ;) Kind of like the dentist, NO ONE wants to see you. :)
working at a hospital allows you to see who people (patients) truly are. You get to see them at their worst. Some handle it better than others. Either way, people never cease to amaze me.
